Location Module

The Locations Module helps you analyze and identify the locations that may have the more optimal talent for your most critical roles by:

  • Ranking your searched locations based on supply, demand, and cost of talent.
  • Providing in-depth analysis of your searched locations by allowing you to compare a wide array of hiring indicators plus other demographic/economic data points.
  • Recommending other locations that you may not have considered.
  • Comparing locations for multiple roles based on supply-demand ratio, hiring difficulty, competitive concentration, location demographic information, and more.

Questions to ask when creating a search:

Which of my locations will be the most optimal for hiring critical talent based on my headcount and weighted criteria of supply, cost, and competition?

Will I be able to scalable hire for every required role within each location I’m considering?
